Terms & Conditions – Pop The Champagne: Style & Fashion Show Application
By submitting your application for Pop The Champagne – Style & Fashion Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
1. Applicants must be between 20 and 40 years of age at the time of application.
2. Applicants must be active, individuals with a visible presence on Instagram, TikTok, or another active social media platform.
3. Applicants must be morally inclined, and conduct themselves with integrity and respect during all stages of the process.
4. The competition is open to all genders and nationalities, subject to any legal restrictions in your country of residence.
Application Process
1. Completing this form does not guarantee selection — it is a pre-selection process only.
2. All applicants must send a one-minute video, and picture to " info@popthechampagne.org " to complete their application:
*A **1-minute video introducing yourself (name, style, personality, and why you should be selected).
* One recent clear photo (full-body or headshot).
3. Applications without the required video and photo will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed.
4. All submitted materials must be the applicant’s own work and likeness.
5. By submitting your video and photo, you grant *Pop The Champagne* the right to use them for **screening, marketing, and promotional purposes** related to the event.
Conduct & Screening
1. All applicants will undergo a **screening process** that evaluates personality, confidence, style, and adherence to moral and ethical standards.
2. Any applicant found engaging in behavior that is discriminatory, offensive, or harmful will not be accepted.
3. The organizers reserve the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided in the form.
Event Participation
1. Selected contestants must be available for the 80 minutes live challenge on the scheduled event date.
2. Contestants may be responsible for their own transportation, and any other personal expenses unless otherwise stated in the contract after accepting him or her for the show.
3. Contestants agree to abide by all **event rules and instructions** provided by the organizers during the process of the show.
4. Winners will be determined by the choice they make when selceting a box : N200,00, N100,000 or nothing.
Media Release
1. By applying, you agree to be photographed, filmed, and recorded during auditions, rehearsals, and the live show.
2. All media content may be used by *Pop The Champagne* for marketing, social media, and commercial purposes without further compensation.
Disqualification
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any applicant at any stage if:
* False or misleading information is provided.
* The applicant fails to submit the required materials.
* The applicant behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate or damaging to the event’s reputation.
Privacy Policy
1. Personal data collected through this form will only be used for **audition and event-related purposes**.
2. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties unrelated to the event.
Agreement
By filling out and submitting the *Pop The Champagne – Style & Fashion Show* application form, you confirm that you:
